Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases from MORUVA Home, operated by HUBBL DEVELOPMENT PTY LTD (ABN 25 649 080 008). Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders and product information

Check the products, quantities, contact details and delivery address before completing your order. We sell for delivery within Australia only. A physical delivery address and mobile number are required; we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Refer to each product page for its specifications, inclusions and instructions. Please ask us before ordering if a feature or intended use is important to your purchase. Product descriptions do not remove consumer guarantees.

If we cannot supply an item as agreed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund where required.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST and compulsory fees. The order total is displayed before payment. MORUVA Home is responsible for applicable import duties and taxes on your order.

We currently offer free standard shipping within Australia through the free shipping option at checkout. Any optional charge must be disclosed before you choose it. Changes to future prices or offers do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

Delivery, changes and cancellations

Dispatch origins, processing and delivery estimates, tracking and possible separate parcels are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimates do not remove your statutory rights.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, email hubbldevptyltd@gmail.com promptly. We will check the fulfilment stage and advise what can be done. Sending a request does not itself confirm a change or cancellation. This process does not limit any cancellation or remedy right available under law.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the separate 7-day change-of-mind offer and the process for product problems. Change-of-mind conditions do not restrict consumer-guarantee claims.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Website use and privacy

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or infringe others’ rights. Website materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling and how to contact us about it.

Questions or concerns

Contact us first so we can consider your concern and try to resolve it. Available statutory complaint and dispute-resolution rights remain unaffected.
