MORUVA Home is operated by HUBBL DEVELOPMENT PTY LTD (ABN 25 649 080 008). This policy explains personal-information handling when you browse our Shopify store, place an order or contact us.

Information and how it is collected

Information relevant to your interaction may include your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, mobile number, items ordered, payment-transaction details and correspondence with us. Information is supplied by you through the store or email and may also come from the service providers involved in your order.

Shopify and enabled website services may collect device, browser, IP-address and website-interaction information using cookies or similar technologies. Payment information is processed through the payment services used at checkout.

Why information is used

Relevant information is used to process payments and orders, arrange delivery and tracking, handle product problems and returns, answer enquiries, manage privacy requests, protect against misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

We require a physical delivery address and mobile number for delivery and tracking. Providing those details for an order does not itself constitute consent to unrelated marketing. A general enquiry can be made without supplying order details where practical.

Service providers and overseas handling

Our store uses Shopify and our contact email is a Gmail inbox. Order-related information may be handled by payment providers, fulfilment services, suppliers and couriers involved in providing the relevant service.

Where DSers or DropXL is used for an order, relevant order and delivery information may be passed through that service to the supplier and courier. Providers may process or store information outside Australia. Overseas dispatch and data-storage locations are separate matters. Contact us if you need information about the providers and locations relevant to your order.

Cookies and communications

You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting cookies can affect store or checkout functions. If marketing messages are offered, we use an appropriate consent basis and provide a way to unsubscribe. Necessary order, delivery or support communications can continue after you unsubscribe from marketing.

Records and security

Customer information can be held in Shopify order records, our correspondence systems and the systems of providers involved in servicing orders. Retention depends on the record’s purpose, legal record-keeping obligations and any outstanding transaction, enquiry or dispute.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details by email. Contact us if you have a concern about information connected with your order or account.

Access, correction and privacy complaints

Email hubbldevptyltd@gmail.com to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about deletion or raise a privacy complaint. These matters are handled personally by the business owner. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request and locate the relevant records.

We aim to acknowledge privacy requests and complaints within 1–2 business days. An acknowledgement is not a final response. We will consider the matter, explain any applicable limitation and respond in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or outstanding matters.

Where our handling is covered by the Privacy Act, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about an unresolved privacy concern.

We update this policy when our arrangements change and provide any notices required by law.
