MORUVA Home is operated by HUBBL DEVELOPMENT PTY LTD (ABN 25 649 080 008). This policy explains delivery for orders placed with MORUVA Home.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Australia only. A physical delivery address and a mobile number are required for delivery and tracking. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Please check your delivery details before ordering. If you have entered an unsupported or incorrect address, email hubbldevptyltd@gmail.com promptly so we can check the available options.

Shipping costs

We currently offer free standard shipping within Australia. Select the free shipping option at checkout to use this offer. Any change to our shipping offer will be displayed before you place a new order.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Order processing before dispatch generally takes 1–2 business days. Products may be fulfilled by different suppliers: some orders are dispatched from Australian warehouses and others from China.

• Australian warehouse orders: delivery is generally within 7 business days after dispatch to metropolitan areas, including Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
• Orders dispatched from China: delivery is generally around 14 business days after dispatch.

Processing and delivery are separate periods. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. For regional or remote locations, please contact us before ordering for delivery options and an estimate for your postcode. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

Tracking and separate parcels

All orders include tracking. Items sourced from different suppliers may be sent in separate parcels and arrive at different times. Contact us with your order number if you need help with tracking.

Import duties and taxes

MORUVA Home is responsible for applicable import duties and taxes on your order. If a courier contacts you about an unexpected import charge, send us the notice so we can arrange the appropriate handling.

Delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries

Email hubbldevptyltd@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate with the relevant supplier or courier and arrange the appropriate solution. You can deal with MORUVA Home directly; you do not need to pursue our supplier yourself.

If we cannot supply an order as agreed, we will contact you about your options, including a refund where you are entitled to one. Delivery estimates do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
